First Generation

Abigail Andrews, daughter of Henry Andrews and Mary Goare was born abt 1647 and died Duxbury in 1743. She married 25 Jul 1667 (Dea.) John Wadsworth and they had eleven children: Mary (1668), Abigail (1670), John (1672), Hannah (c1675), Grace (1677), Lydia (1679), Sarah (1682 unm.), Christopher (1686), Hopestill (1686), Ichabod (1687) and Isaac (1692).

Second Generation

[1]Mary Wadsworth was born Duxbury 18 Dec 1668 and died Pembroke 9 May 1741. She married bef 1699 Aaron Soule and they had four children: Christopher (1699), Mary (c1701), Aaron (1705) and Rachel (c1707).

Abigail Wadsworth was born Duxbury 25 Oct 1670 and died Halifax 15 Jan 1744. She married Middleborough 28 Dec 1693 Jacob Thomson and they had ten children (Middleborough): Jacob (1695), Abigail (1696/7), Mercy (1699), John (1700/1), Lydia (1703), Barnabas (1704/5), Esther (1706/7), Hannah (1708/9), Mary (1711) and Caleb (1712).

[2]Hannah Wadsworth was born Duxbury abt 1675 and died there 6 Feb 1732/3. She married 9 Feb 1698 Benjamin Peterson and they had nine children (Duxbury): Mercy (1699), infant, infant, Abigail (c1709), Jacob (1710/1), Isaac (c1713), Anne (c1715), Benjamin (c1717) and Joseph (c1720).

Grace Wadsworth was born Duxbury abt 1677 and died there in 1758. She married twice, first Duxbury Jan 1700 William Sprague, then Middleborough 25 Dec 1723 Josiah Wormall (no ch.) By her first husband she had four children: Ruth (1701), Zerviah (1704), Jethro (1709) and Terah (son, 1712).

[3]Lydia Wadsworth was born Duxbury 23 Feb 1678/9 and died there 26 May 1756. She married aft 23 Apr 1700 Jonathan Peterson and they had six children (Duxbury): John (1701), Hopewell (dau, 1703/4), Jonathan (1706), Reuben (1710), Alice (c1711 m Aaron Soule (II) but no ch.) and Lydia (1713).

Hopestill Wadsworth was born Duxbury 16 Mar 1686 and died Lebanon, CT 25 Mar 1773. She married Duxbury 20 May 1708 William Brewster (II) and they had six children (Duxbury): Oliver (1709), Ichabod (1711), Elisha (1715), Seth (1720), Lot (1723) and Huldah (1726).

Third Generation

[4]Mary Soule was born prob. Duxbury abt 1701 and died aft 25 Mar 1752. She married Pembroke 5 Apr 1722 Freedom Chamberlain and they had eleven children (Pembroke): Nathaniel (1722), Benjamin (1724), Job (1725/6), Mary (1728 n.f.r.), Freedom (1730), Abigail (1732), Ruth (1734 n.f.r.), Rebecca (1736), John (1738-1742), Rachel (1741 n.f.r.) and John (1743).

[5]Rachel Soule was born Duxbury abt 1707 and died Hanover 1 Oct 1797. She married Duxbury 26 Dec 1728 David Magoun and they had twelve children (Pembroke): Hannah (1729), David (1730-1735), Rachel (1732-1738), Rebecca (1734), Thomas (1736-1736), Mary (1737), Thomas (1740), James (1742), Abner (1743), Aaron (1744/5), Isaac (1746) and Rachel (1750).


Abigail Tomson was born Middleborough 4 Feb 1696/7 and died West Bridgewater 19 May 1786. She married Middleborough 27 Nov 1723 Jonathan Packard and they had five children (Bridgewater): Jonathan (1724-1726), Susanna (1726), Jacob (1728), Jonathan (1730) and Abigail (1735).

Mercy Tomson was born Middleborough 13 Oct 1699 and died there 4 Sep 1799. She married Middleborough 4 May 1721 Nehemiah Bennett and they had five children: Abigail (1723/4 m Jabez Soule & David Weston), Jacob (1725), William (1727), Martha (1733 m Nathan Darling) and Hannah (1735 m Thomas Savery).

Lydia Tomson was born Middleborough 22 Apr 1703 and died Cummington 15 Mar 1789. She married Middleborough 2 Feb 1725/6 John Packard and they had six children: Lydia (1726), Abel (1729), Abiah (1731), Abigail (1733), John (1735) and Barnabas (1737).

Esther Tomson was born Middleborough 18 Feb 1706/7 and died there 5 Jul 1776. She married Halifax 25 Oct 1737 Ebenezer Bennett and they had eight children: Patience (1738), John (1740), infant son (1741-1741), Esther (1742-1743), Lydia (1743-1743), infant dau. (1744-1744), infant dau. (1746-1746) and Ebenezer (1747).

Hannah Tomson was born Middleborough 10 Mar 1708/9 and died Abington 27 Nov 1787. She married Middleborough 21 Feb 1732/3 (Capt.) Ebenezer Reed and they had ten children: Ebenezer (1733-1740), William (1735), Ichabod (1738), Jonathan (1740), David (1740), Paul (1743-1743), Silas (1743-1744), Abigail (1745), Barnabas (1748) and Ebenezer (1751-1764).

Mary Tomson was born Middleborough 19 May 1711 and died Halifax 19 Jul 1769. She married Halifax 8 Nov 1739 Reuben Tomson and they had five children: Deborah (1740), Thomas (1741), Marcy (1745-1748), Abigail (1748-1757) and Lucy (1755).


Mercy Peterson was born Duxbury Oct 1699 and died there 27 Sep 1768. She married Duxbury 18 May 1721 Joseph Weston and they had nine children: Sarah (c1722), Jane (1725/6), Thomas (1726), Simeon (1728), Jacob (c1731), Ichabod (c1734), William (c1736), Abigail (c1738) and Zabdiel (son, c1742).

Abigail Peterson was born Duxbury abt 1707. She married Duxbury 25 Sep 1729 Abraham Pierce "Jr." and they had four children (order unknown): Hannah, Lemuel, Joseph and Abigail.

Anne Peterson was born Duxbury abt 1712 and died bef 1783. She married Duxbury 7 Apr 1735 Nathaniel Dunham and they had five children: Elijah (1735), Hannah (1738), Susanna (1741), Rebecca (1742) and Abner (1746).


Ruth Sprague was born Duxbury 22 Feb 1701/2 and died there bef Dec 1736.[1] She married Duxbury 18 APr 1719 Samuel Keen(e) and they had eight children: William (1720), Josiah (1722-1725), Levi (1722), Abel (1724-1725), Grace (1726), Samuel (1729), Isaiah (1732) and Ruth (1734).

Zerviah (Zeruiah) Sprague was born Duxbury 19 Dec 1704 and died there 10 Oct 1778. She married Duxbury 17 Mar 1732/3 Nathaniel Chandler and they had six children: Irene (1724), Mercy (1726), Caroline (1730), Ruth (1730), Zerviah (1735) and Lucy (1738).


Hopestill Peterson was born Duxbury 20 Jan 1703/4 and died Kingston 27 Jul 1775. She married by 1723 Joshua Delano and they had eleven children: Lydia (1723), infant son (1726-1726), infant daughter (1727-1727), Rhoda (1728), Thankful (1730), Silvia (1732), Hopestill (1735), Beza (dau, 1737), Martha (1739), Wealtha (1741) and Joshua (1744).

Lydia Peterson was born Duxbury 22 Apr 1713 and died Pembroke 11 Nov 1771. She married Duxbury 26 Dec 1733 Aaron Soule and they had nine children: Huldah (1736), Silvene (1738), Lydia (1740), Alice (1744), Deborah (1745-1745), Lenity (dau. 1748-1749), Aaron (1749), Lenice (dau. 1753) and John (1754).

Huldah Brewster was born Duxbury 20 Feb 1725/6 and died Hull 25 Apr 1750. She married Duxbury 13 Jun 1745 John Gould/Goold and they had three children: John (1746-1746), Huldah (1747) and Hopestill (1749-1749).

Fourth Generation

Abigail Chamberlain was born Pembroke 3 Nov 1732 and died bet 1779-1786. She married Plymouth 1758 Jeremiah Dillingham and they had five children: Abigail (1759-1759), Mary "Polly" (1760-1850 m Abel Allen), John (1762), Jeremiah (1764) and Isaac (1766).

Rebeca Chamberlain was born Pembroke 28 Feb 1726 and died Harvard 15 Sep 1818. She married Pembroke 29 Dec 1757 Nathaniel Ramsden/Ramsdell and they had nine children (all but youngest Pembroke; youngest Harvard): Freedom (bp 1759), Nehemiah (bp 1761), Nathaniel (bp 1763), Seth (bp 1766), Bartlett (bp 1768), Rebecca (bp 1771), Ezekiel (bp 1772), Betty (bp 1775) and Nabby (bp 1779).

She married Pembroke 24 Jan 1745/6 David Standish and they had ten children: Lemuel (1746), Olive (1748 m Stockbridge Josselyn), Hannah (1750 unm.), Lucy (1754-bef 1766), Priscilla (1756 m Seth Josselyn), David (1758), James (1760-b1763), James (1763), Lucy (1766=bef 1793 likely unm.) and Mary (1771 unm.)

Rebecca Magoun was born Pembroke 30 Jul 1734 and died there 7 Jan 1762. She married Pembroke 22 Aug 1761 Ebenezer Man(n) and they had four children: David (1752), Rebecca (1755 m Joshua Turner), Ebenezer (1757) and Betsey/Betty (1759 m Thomas Nash).

Mary Magoun was born Pembroke 19 Apr 1737 and died Lewiston, ME 23 Dec 1834. She married Pembroke 7 Jan 1762 Joseph Dwelly and they had seven children: Joseph (1764), Rachel (1765 m Rufus Flagg), Mary "Polly" (1768 m Jason Rice), Melzar (son, 1771), Hannah (1773 m John Harris Reed [II]), Lemuel (1774) and Alexander (1776).

Rachel Magoun was born Pembroke 17 Sep 1750 and died Plympton 23 Sep 1786. She married Plympton 14 Nov 1771 Josiah Chandler and they had five children: Joseph James (1772), Josiah (1774-1780), Alden (1777), Rachel (1779 m Otis Thompson) and Lydia (1782 m Phillip Omey).


Susanna Packard was born Bridgewater 21 Feb 1726 and died there 29 Oct 1808. She married Bridgewater 26 Mar 1745 Charles Snell and they had eleven children: Mehitable (1745-1746), Bathsheba (1747-1748), Jonathan (1748), Silence (1750 m Ebenezer Howard), Charles (1753), Nathaniel (1755), Susanna (1757 m Abiel Harris), Hannah (1759 m Benjamin Chamberlain), Reuben (1761), Abigail (1765 m Leavitt Thayer) and Shepard (1770).

Abigail Packard was born Bridgewater 14 May 1735 and died bef 30 Sep 1802. She married Bridgewater 21 Jul 1752 (Lt.) Jonathan Perkins (II) and they had nine children: Jonathan (1753-1754), Abigail (1757 m Jonathan Cary), Jonathan (1758), Ruby (1761 m Alpheus Cary), Huldah (1762 unk. if marr.), George (1763), Susanna (bp 1766 m Enoch Perkins), Daniel (bp 1768) and Parnel (1780 unm.)
