By his first wife he had eleven children: John (1662/3), Ebenezer (1667), Joseph (c1671), Thomas (1673), Nathaniel (c1675), Desire (c1678), Richard (1682), Mehitable (c1683), Patience (1685), George (1690) and Sarah (c1690).
