Even though he was said to be aged about 50 at the time of his second marriage, he had nine children by this second marriage: Mary (1656), Joseph (1660), Sarah (c1660), Hannah (c1663), John (1664), Thomas (c1665), William (1669), James (c1672) and Joseph (c1677).
